Refund & Return Policy

At Onirashi, your satisfaction is our priority. Each pair of our eyewear is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange a return or exchange.

We maintain a fair, transparent, and secure return process to protect both our customers and our brand.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging materials (cases, cloths, and protective films).

  • Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or tampered packaging will not be eligible for return.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at info@onirashi.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the product is confirmed defective or incorrect — we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to any other reason — the customer covers shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. Onirashi is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items. For all other cases, a new order must be placed.

6. Final Sale Items

Promotional, discounted, or “final sale” items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of defects.
